• Play music through Apple Music integration
• View artist information

User Requirements

To use the App, you must:

• Have a compatible iOS device running iOS 17.0 or later
• Have an Apple Music subscription for music playback features
• Comply with these Terms and all applicable laws

Intellectual Property

App Content

The App, including its design, features, and code, is owned by Key Network Services Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Chart Data

UK chart data is compiled from publicly available historical records. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data.

Third-Party Content

The App displays content from third-party sources including:

• Album artwork from Apple/iTunes
• Artist information from Wikipedia and MusicBrainz
• Music streaming from Apple Music

This content is owned by its respective owners and is used in accordance with their terms of service.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices from the App
• Use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App for commercial purposes

Apple Music

Music playback features require an Apple Music subscription, which is subject to Apple's terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

• The availability of any particular track on Apple Music
• Changes to Apple Music's catalogue or service
• Apple Music subscription fees or billing

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The App will meet your requirements
• The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from the App will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the App will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KEY NETWORK SERVICES LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Update these Terms at any time
• Add or remove features from the App

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Termination
